(ASCEND) TNT SWAN card limit ppp-connections

Hello
Could you tell me about my problem.
We have the TNT with 4 ports V.35 swan-cards (4swan-card) and impossible
established more then 2 simultaneously ppp-sessions. In other words, we
can only 2 ports simultaneously using. If we added one port (one
ppp-session) the link not established, but if closed the previously
session (port down) - this session up. I hope you help me.
