(ASCEND) UserTracker



I haven't yet searched through all the documentation and aos.ascend.com so
bear with me if I ask something stupid.

Is there an application simmilar to UserTracker for Portmasters available
for Maxen?

For those who don't know, you can use UserTracker to track user activity.
For example if you have a support call from a user who can't even get in
(for example because he uses PAP instead of CHAP or has set a static IP
instead of allowing us to give him a dynamic IP, etc.) you are usually
lost because you don't know with NAS he will come on and you don't know
which port he will come on to be able to monitor his session. With
UserTracker you can monitor multiple Portmasters and you select the phone
numbers that calls you want to monitor will be comming from. It displays
all the data that is comming from this phone numbers (what speed the modem
connected at and after that the whole PPP negotiation).

This comes in very handy during support calls and I'd really like to find
something that can do this with Maxen.
