(ASCEND) System password prompt

Hi -

I never wondered about this until now...  Our Maxes are set up to expect
Win/Mac PPP sessions as the default type of connection.  We have a Linux
user now who wants to connect.  I'm wondering if anyone can tell me
where I've gone wrong in the config.  I can't get past the system
password prompt issue.  I need to disable that and have the Maxes answer
with just the Login and Password prompts so that the Linux user can
write a script for his connection.  Obviously, we don't want him having
the system password!
