(ASCEND) problem with stacked TNT

Hi

I have two stacked TNT -s with 4 x 8e1-card, 9 x csmx-card, 12 x csm3v-card
and 4ether2-card, the software version is: 7.2.3.
If the users number grows to ~740, the following happens:

LOG error, Shelf 1, Controller, Time: 22:27:02--
  NETIF: _idAllocated, slot 1/1, can't allocate sys ID for slot ID 236
LOG error, Shelf 1, Controller, Time: 22:27:04--
  NETIF: _idAllocated, slot 1/1, can't allocate sys ID for slot ID 227
LOG error, Shelf 1, Controller, Time: 22:27:04--
  NETIF: _idAllocated, slot 1/1, can't allocate sys ID for slot ID 82
LOG error, Shelf 1, Controller, Time: 22:27:05--
  NETIF: _idAllocated, slot 2/16, can't allocate sys ID for slot ID 108
LOG alert, Shelf 1, Controller, Time: 22:27:05--
  NETIF: _idDeleted, can't delete slot 1/13, id 190
...bla bla bla

and active users number does not grow more.
Most of calls are analog calls, and a little part are ISDN calls.
The number of modems is 1008 and the number of E1 ports is 32 (32x30=960
channels).
Where's the problem? Is there some kind of limitation of active users?
I don't understand, there should be a lot of resources left!
