The modem init strings to turn off and on certain modulations can be found

Hope this helps you and anyone else out.  Obviously, the best thing ( As
most of us know ) is for the customer to make sure they have the latest
modem drivers.  A good source for any driver is http://www.driverguide.com/
You have to register, but it's free.

We're new to this list, so please be patient as we ask

already been asked.

If available, please point us to a FAQ for this list.

I am working with an ISP who has just installed the MAX TNT.
Of course, now
we have customers that with the infamous LT Winmodem, Rockwell
HCF MOdem,
and PCTel HSP modems that are unable to connect.

Does anyone know of a good init string for any of these modems?
