(ASCEND) Fatal Errors Index:1 & 2

I have 2 Maxtnt's running 7.2.0 and are configured to take 480 logins simultaneously. For the past few days, the ethernet stop responding to ping and telnet and i can see error LED blinking constantly and then after some time it start responding to ping and telnet. The fatal history i got form both TNT's are:-

        Date: 03/06/2000.       Time: 05:08:05
        Location: 10039fac 1002e3dc 1003e970 1003ee84 1000e1c0 1002ee20

Ascend says Index 1 is related to *some* software or hardware problem whereas index 2 is a memory leak problem or short of memory. When i did pools -v on both of my TNT's, I got the following:-
on tnt1
Validating free lists...
0 errors; 1439 buffers; 31474560 bytes memory free

on tnt2
Validating free lists...
0 errors; 1533 buffers; 29141568 bytes memory free

Does anyone had the problem and how it was corrected? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
