(ASCEND) Pipeline 75 incomming voice calls...

I have a funny issues with my pipeline 75 router. When ever incomming
calls come in, doesn't matter which number, I will hear the router
"click" and the phone ring very briefly and then the router clicks again
and the call is lost. I will get the call just long enough to retrieve
the caller id info from my router and that is all. Looking at my
syslog, this is what I get during the call, minus the phone numbers:

Mar 10 13:49:45 biz1 ASCEND: slot 0 port 0, line 1, channel 0, Incoming
Call, <caller's number> [MBID 22; <caller's #>-><my number>]
Mar 10 13:49:45 biz1 ASCEND: call 94 CL 0K   c=2 p=2
Mar 10 13:49:45 biz1 ASCEND: slot 0 port 0, line 1, channel 0, Far End
Hung Up

As you can see, the call and recieved and then hung up within the same
second. I talked to the telco, and Ascend both, they both blame the
other for the cause of the problem. Has anyone else ever seen anything
like this?

Thanks!
