(ASCEND) TNT pool summarization with RADIUS profiles

I'm trying to suppress having the /32 for each WAN connection sent
with the dyanmic routing updates. I can put a static route for the pool
routed to the reject interface and that will be advertised but
the /32 still go out. The trick is that I need to make those WAN routes
private-route = yes but where?? There is no WAN connection profile,
they're all RADIUS authenticated.
DEFAULT ANSWER does not have a full profile, specifically missing
ip-options.

What am I missing?
