(ASCEND) Error 734

I have a TNT running version 7.2.0 and when a Windows NT user tries 
connecting to it they get a message saying, "Error: 734; The PPP link 
control protocol terminated."  They get this just before the username gets 
authenticated.  Any idea's what could be causing this??
