(ASCEND) CT1 Port bad.

I have a TNT-SL-CT1 card that one of the ports seem to have
gone bad on it.  I'm not sure if it is really bad, or if it's
just in a state that I can't get at it or what.

It's in my slot 3, and it's port 1.  So when I try to do a
"dir t1" I expect to see it listed, well it's not there.

Even worse if I do:

niblettda> read t1 { 1 3 1 }
error: specified profile not found

So I can't seem to access it to change the port.

However if I run the line command, the line
shows up, but it's in Red Alarm.

Anyone have any ideas on this problem?  My support contract has
expired and my legal department is taking their sweet time on
agreeing to the new one.
