Re: [TCLUG:1689] Netscape/Apache and .htm files

In a message dated 98-10-11 08:27:28 EDT, you write:

<<
It is set to recognize the following as HTML:

 HTML HTM SHTML HTX

And when it gets HTM files from my WinNT/IIS box it works. When it gets
them from my Linux/Apache box, nope.

I think this is the same problem Sandipan is having (using Netscape as a
 client from Linux). >>

Mine too. I have the same setup even if I use "view->options->file types" in
the file
explorer. IE doesnot have any problems. So now I have a little cgi handler on
my apache linux server for ".htm" files. It just prints contents of the input
file name to the
output.

But it is one of those workarounds that seems so stupid to have to do.

Thanks,
