PGP uses the RSAREF library.  We use our own custom-implemented RSA
routine.

Personally, I think it is a bad idea to implement RSA shared libraries.
They lend themselves to abuse and misuse far more easily than staticly
linked binaries.  That is why fixed length RSA software is exportable
whereas RSA libraries are not.
