I just finished the European version of the MP free rsa_util.c file and
uploaded it to http://cow.netrek.org/contrib/

The package contains now two files:

res-rsa/rsa_util.c		// MP Free Version
res-rsa/rsa_utilmp.c		// MP/GMP/GMP 2 compatible version.

BTW: This RSA laws are so stupid. Simply writting a single line of code
in Europe will do it ;-)
