Planned metaserver2 downtime

Hey all.

I plan to upgrade the machine called 'metaserver2.us.netrek.org' this
weekend.  Well, actually, I'm just giving its IP address to a
different machine.

At any rate, some downtime of metaserver2 is expected.

     When:  Saturday, Mar 20, 1999
     Time:  2:00 pm PST (10:00pm GMT)
      actually, read that as: "whenever I get my butt out of bed, into
        a shower, and on my motorcycle." Which on weekends, can be
        quite late.
     Length:  Hopefully, not more than 10 minutes, but give it an hour.

metaserver2.us.netrek.org will remain at the same IP address.

And on a more personal note, I just picked up a 1999 Honda VFR 800
Interceptor motorcycle on Tuesday. (WhooHoo!)  Its bright red (only
color they sell the damn thing in. Sweet bike, at any rate).  Why is
that important? Well, I was searching the California Licence plate
database to see what was available.  Is "ROM SC" too dorky?  *grin*
How many of you would just slap me on sight if you saw it? :^)
