Kurt, do you want my rsa_utilgmp.c without the rsa_encode() function?  It
fixes the memory leak problem and works with all GMP versions.

In fact, maybe I should send you the entire US res-rsa package without the
rsa_encode() functions so that you can have the same Makefile/configure
setup.
