	I have to appologize....my captain is a european :).  After talking
with Jan, it turns out that he simply forgot to send the gametime 60 30 command
so it defaulted to 90 min.  I could have *sworn* that I saw a 'gametime 60 30
approved' message sent to the all board, though.  I'll see if Dave still has
the logfile.
