first: Anybody who cares about starbase stats is a loser.

second: I say implement it because I don't care because anybody who cares
about stats is a loser. :)


 I think I see what you're saying.  You can reset your regular stats by
doing a shift-R from the motd, so why not a mechanism to just reset the SB
stats.
