I don't have it.

Oh browsing through the archive, I saw some tidbits about how
solicitation was killing the metaserver on occasion.  Did that ever
get resolved?

My point is that is it a good idea to keep at least 1 metaserver with
a "stable" source tree?  Or has the solicitation code been declared
"stable" now?

Oh, Bob and I have no info which US servers are RSA enabled.
