Hi.

I usualy edit where install is defined (system.mk.in or config.h.in)
before I run configure to be ../install.sh
Then there is a problem with the install.sh on some systems since it run
instead of copying the files, my hack here is to replace install.sh with a
softlink to a working installprogram.
