I had problems before with my Maxen failing to send OSPF
announcements if my ciscos were announcing the same prefix with a 
different preference...

what software release on the Cisco?
how about an output from:
        sh ip ro 62.152.25.0 long    

or the relevant parts from 
        sh ip ro ospf
