try this: 
  office p50: set ethernet->mod config-> Ether options->Proxy Mode=Active

on home Pipeline set IP as 207.189.222.101/30
(and for remote IP in your profile on office router)

set your PC for 207.189.222.102, netmask 255.255.255.252
with default gateway to home router

don't use .101 or .102 on your office LAN
don't use .100 or .103 anywhere
