I read somewhere one of the manuals that the user can change the password 
at the terminal server prompt level. I don't know how this would work for 
Win95 PPP DUN users though. Page 9-83 in the Radius Configuration Guide 
(June 10, 97 version) lists a Change-Password Attribute.
