Go to the command-line "TERM SERV" by logging into the Max, setting your
Permission to "full access" and then push CTRL-D and go to TERM-SERV

find out how long they have been online, and write down their IP address.

Then do a "show ip route", and match the IP address your looking for, and
see the "AGE" of the IP.  The age is in seconds. Just divide by 60 to see
how many minutes the user has been online.

This is the long winded way of how I can check how long a user has been
online. If there are other ways, I'd also be interesting in knowing them.
