(ASCEND) Finger Access

I am using a MAX6000 and Cistron-Radius. Finger is enabled on MAX bec it
is used by Cistron-Radius to detect double logins. How can I limit
access to it so that finger @MAX-UNIT would be allowed only to my Radius
server.
