Re: (ASCEND) Stop receiving RIP?



Why do you have RIP enabled on the dial-in profile?
If you have downstream LAN dial customers, you might have reason to listen
to RIP updates (or have dialout-poison set on their profile).
If its individual customers -- turn off RIP completely.
You do not need to run RIP on the WAN to run RIP on the LAN.
