Yes, my SDSL cards to down all the time. Often they'll even go down twice
in a row (as if there's some kind of condition that makes them go down
and they continuously reset until the condition goes away).

I've always has this problem. All 7.x versions, even some 2.x versions.

Nothing else ever goes down.
