I think that R flag means that it learned the new default gateway
via RIP?

Look at Ethernet->Static Rtes and remove the previous
static route from the Default location and see if that
helps.

I am not sure how Ascend units handle two default routes with the
same preference, but the second one has a metric of 2, so your
unit will use xxx.xxx.200.7 as it's default route.
