If you want to use Old Ascend maping odf the attributes then you need to 
have type in the clients file set to Ascend:NAS.
If you prefer VSA mode then you have to add +NOMAP for tne TNT entry in the 
clients file:


<hostname>    <secret>       [type]
-----------------------------------
   TNT          blabla       type=Ascend:NAS+NOMAP
