(ASCEND) CBCP for ISDN

I'm looking for a Radius callback profile that will allow an isdn user 
with a terminal adapter to choose a callback. I cannot set this up 
locally to the max because that would require Auth set to "either" 
which will break SDI token card users that need PAP. Currently I have 
one profile that works for analog, but cannot get the ISDN users 
callback to work. one report was that it would callback but only as 
analog...

here is the sample:

does anyone have anything similar that works for ISDN? I've tried to 
sub the following;
Service-Type = Callback-Framed,
Ascend-Data-Svc = Switched-64K 

but neither have worked for me....
