(ASCEND) replacement PCMCIA dongle for MAX 200/800?

Hello,

Does anyone know who makes the Ascend/Lucent ISDN PCMCIA card (model
M200-SL-BRIU) that is used in the MAX 200/800 series? I need a
replacement dongle and while there seem to be plenty of places that
carry replacement dongles I have not been able to find one for the
Ascend card.

I was hoping to find an equivalent that would work. I have sent a mail
to Lucent/Ascend but no reply from them yet.
