Twin Cities Linux Users Group Meeting Announcement



What:   Twin Cities Linux Users Group Meeting
Where:  Room 2520 of the Malcom Moos Health Sciences Tower, University
of Minnesota
When:   Saturday March 4th, noon until 2pm
What:   Seth Schoen from LinuxCare is coming to discuss what they are
doing for the Linux community. LinuxCare (http://www.linuxcare.com)
offers world-class technical services for the Linux operating system.

Here's a little info on Seth:
Before coming to Linuxcare, Seth Schoen worked for AtreNet LLC, where he
performed computer security and system administration consulting.  Seth
produced a prototype for the ControlBox, a Web-based home automation
project.  He also worked for National Energy Research Scientific
Computing Center, part of the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory.

Seth has been quite active with various Linux users groups, having been
an officer of the U.C. Berkeley Linux Users Group and involved the
Consortium of All Bay Area Linux (CABAL).  Seth has also been one of the
key developers of the Linuxcare Bootable Business Card.  He attended the
University of California Berkeley, and speaks classical Latin, classical
Greek, and Esparanto.

Most of Seth's talk will be around the bootable business card, and other
Linux subjects.

Please inform anyone you know that might be interested in this talk.
This includes any friends, relatives, IT managers, CEO's, presidents,
etc. LinuxCare is coming from Silicon Valley and I want it to be worth
their time.
