We started at 10 u/s; moving to 5 u/s introduced it.

I lock, but in a controlled way.  If I'm next to the planet, at warp 2,
and I hit "l", I don't want to wait fucking 200ms for that to take
effect.  It's stupid and annoying and, if introduced, a bug.
