Anyone run into this problem yet?

OSPF routing tables are not always correctly updated when multi-channel
(MP/MPP/BACP)
calls terminate. In extreme circumstances, this might result in fatal errors
because memory
could fill completely with invalid routes.

We have 5 POPs using OSPF.  I don't support MP or MPP.
Can I upgrade to 6.1 without any problems?
