not yet, our ILEC BellSouth has been dragging their feet for months
on giving our CLEC partner and ourselves access to unbundled network loop,
because they say they "have not tariffed DSL loops yet"

so, now that they have finished their six-month trial
in Alabama they are ready to offer DSL internet access through
BellSouth.net, and now they file the tariff...
leaving us six months behind on the learning curve.

anyway, we are planning to use a pair of these to do initial test
of the quality of the loop in several CO wire centers before
deciding which areas we should deploy first,
I should be able to let you know more in another month or so
(whenever the GA PSC approves the tariff)
