Re: (ASCEND) MAX4000 not getting full load



Mauricio,

I had the same problem here in Bahia/Brasil - not in the first E1, but when
the telco installed the second E1. Our 60th channel was never being used.
Guess what? One BIG mistake in Telco parameters. They never clearly
explained it to me, but they claimed that they used some number to perform
some tests, and then they forgot to re-route this number to the pool of my
E1. In a moment, they corrected this, and everything is fine since.
Don't get cheated: the Telco will attempt to blame your MAX, but I'm sure
THEY messed up with your E1 line.
