(ASCEND) Broken TNT?

     We just got a fully loaded TNT to do some testing on.  I initially
powered the thing on without inserting the flash/dram cards just to see
what would happen and it doesn't seem to want to do anything... The LEDS
that stay lit on the unit are the 1) Power LED 3) POST LED and 10) AUI
Link LED.  That just doesn't sound right.  The POST led never goes off
it just stays lit.  The shelf-controller console shows nothing.  I used
to work with TNTs alot and don't remember any behaviour like this.  It
does the same thing with or without the DRAM/Flash card inserted.  It's
a brand new TNT w/ a channelized DS3 card and 14 48 modem cards.  Is it
basically dead or has anyone seen anything like this before?
