G'day,

inl.real-time.com has now returned, usual ports.

We're using 2.9pl5 of the Vanilla server, operating in INL mode, with
LTD statistics reporting.  The statistics look alright, although Carlos
and I are exploring a zone problem.  (p_hist.enemy_team is not set).

The following changes were made to 2.9pl5 code to get the INL server
compiled ...
