(ASCEND) Follow up == Messy upgrade HELP!!

I tried another upgrade from 1.3Ap24 to 2.0.7 on one of my TNT's -- with
really bad results. We use proxy arp on our network and the TNT was
answering the arp requests as shown here:

01:17:09.575549 arp who-has ftworth.tx.tnt1.121.fastlane.net tell
fw-gw.fastlane.net
01:17:09.576614 arp reply ftworth.tx.tnt1.121.fastlane.net is-at
0:c0:7b:6b:a1:31
01:17:12.738631 arp who-has ftworth.tx.tnt1.122.fastlane.net tell
fw-gw.fastlane.net
01:17:12.739678 arp reply ftworth.tx.tnt1.122.fastlane.net is-at
0:c0:7b:6b:a1:31
01:17:13.076477 arp who-has ftworth.tx.tnt1.119.fastlane.net tell
fw-gw.fastlane.net
01:17:13.077555 arp reply ftworth.tx.tnt1.119.fastlane.net is-at

The real problem here is that the packets never seem to reach the
destination address. We do not have an ethernet controller in the TNT yet
-- the 100BT card is on order. I have 2 HDLC cards, 5 56K modem cards,
and 2 8 port T1 cards. I was able to get to a host in the same class C
network as the TNT, but nothing in any other networks. I really need some
help here as we obviously will have to upgrade to the 2.0.X stuff to
support v.90 (I'm real optimistic there). Anybody have the same problems
as we are seeing? If so, how did you fix them?
